Partial Planning
If you need help with ticking off those final boxes on your timeline, this is the package for you. We will meet 8 weeks ahead of your big day to discuss the outstanding points on your agenda.
Be it searching for your transport, styling and anything in between.
To ensure your day runs smoothly and you are free to enjoy every second, I can also be available to help with coordination at your venue for as long or as little as you need.

On the Day
With a guideline of 7 hours, I can be onsite to set up and ensure the logistics of your day are in place. Ahead of the date (6 -8 weeks) I suggest we meet to discuss and confirm what you require from me to ensure that I can assist your supplirrs and venue.
With your confidence I would then be delighted to look after the final arrangements. Leaving you to breathe easy and look forward to one of the most exciting celebrations of your life.

After consulting with you on your theme and styling I can help you locate your perfect suppliers and catering team and if you choose, a hired venue/ space. I will be on hand to set up on the day before letting you enjoy celebrating your impending new arrival with your family and friends.

Conferences
Time is always of the essence when managing small to large scale events with conferences taking up a huge amount of your much needed time. I will be on hand to meet with you and discuss your logistic needs as well as managing your registration, namebadges and liasing with your choosen catering company on the day.
Packages can also be expanded to include a venue search so you can focus on creating and producing the right content and ensuring your speakers, delegates and VIPs have the most enjoyable and informative day.

Corporate Parties
Evening receptions, networking events, christmas or summer parties I can be available to guide you in finding your ideal location and suppliers. I will meet with you ahead of your event date to discuss your requirements and can source your venue and attend site visits on your behalf - you can have as little or as much involvement as you wish but you will always know you can trust the event will run smoothly so you can enjoy your guests company, and make those all important connections.
